These photographers have supported PCBP through their extensive volunteer work for the organization and cause. They have used their immense talent and dedicated hundreds of hours to commemorate and show the beauty of each breastfeeding journey that they document. Each photographer has helped to raise funds to continue the work of Port City Breastfeeding Project. Without these amazing individuals, PCBP wouldn’t be what it is and each dyad that has graced their lenses wouldn’t have seen their true beauty through their talented eyes. Thank you to them all.
PCBP encourages our community to support these photographers and keep them in mind when scheduling a family, maternity, birth or any other photography session.

Tula Q. Photography (Tulani Lyon)
About me: Mom of three (and forever breastfeeder), former family therapist, passionate advocate for maternal health issues, believer in the beauty of mothers and motherhood and the transformative power of beautiful images of moms being their amazing authentic selves. My business focuses on everything motherhood: maternity, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding are my absolute favorites to capture.
Shadowraven Photography (Maria Mitchell)
I live in the Wilmington area. I love downtown Wilmington and the beaches. My children are Cambria (9), Triniti and Silas (6 yr old twins), and I’ve been married for 13 years. I love nerdy sci-fi movies/ shows and I’m a huge animal lover. My main focus is families and weddings, but I also have lots of experience with babies, senior portraits and events.
Michael Escobar Photography (Michael Escobar)
In the breastfeeding community I’m known as my mother’s son. Maybe it’s cause she’s Internationals Board of Certified Lactation Consultant Examiners, or maybe it’s because I breastfed till I was 4. Needless to say. Breastfeeding and the community surrounding it has been intertwined with a very large percentage of my life. Especially that me and my wife Erin have our own little one who’s going strong at 2 and a half and showing no signs of stopping. I love people, I love the miraculous phenomenon that is mothers feeding their children, and I creating images, so the fact that I get to do so with both is a privilege.
Kim Schneider Photography & Doula Services (Kimberly Schneider)
As a Birth & Lifestyle photographer and doula, I have to say that I have a deep love for all things that surround Woman and Motherhood. Whether it’s supporting you before, during or after your pregnancy or capturing your gorgeous baby bump, birth, baby, breastfeeding and your family.
When it comes to my work, I love capturing you as you truly are and all of your beautiful flaws; which is why I don’t use photoshop on my images. However, I do understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of the camera, so I’m always willing to work with you and that may mean that a more posed session works best for you. But do know that when you hire me, I feel that it’s important to capture you and your loved ones at that very moment, messy hair and all!
